DUNKIRK, N.Y. -- The Dunkirk and Fredonia Community Chambers of Commerce will hold the 4th Annual “Grape Expectations” Wine Festival Friday, June 1 at the Clarion Hotel, 30 Lake Shore Drive East in Dunkirk.
The event is scheduled from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. and will feature wine tastings, wines for sale, music and raffle prizes. The Clarion will also offer food for purchase.
Wineries participating are Merritt Estate Winery of Forestville; Johnson Estate Winery in Westfield; Liberty Vineyards in Sheridan; Mazza Chautauqua Cellars, Mayville; 21 Brix Winery from Portland; Woodbury Vineyards from Fredonia, and Sparkling Ponds Winery from Ripley.
Each winery will offer wine tastings and have inventory for sale.
The $10 admission ticket covers the wine tastings and a commemorative wine glass.
Tickets can be purchased through board members from either the Fredonia or Dunkirk Community Chambers or by calling the Fredonia Chamber at 679-1565 or the Dunkirk Chamber at 366-6200, or at the door.
