On Saturday, Feb. 25, the Audubon Center and Sanctuary is offering “Winter Tracks and Signs,” a class on tracking animals, from 10 am-noon. Participants are asked to dress for the weather and possible off-trail hiking. Cost is $10 for members, $12 for non-members, $5 for children 12 and under. Reservations are required by Thursday, Febr. 23, by calling (716) 569-2345, emailing info@jamestownaudubon.org, or using the on-line form. Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County will be hosting a webinar for Green Industry Professionals designed to update green industry professionals about the early detection and integrated management of the invasive insects; the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) and Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB). The webinar will begin at 5:15pm and conclude at 7:45pm on Mon., Feb. 27 and will be held at the Jamestown Audubon Center, 1600 Riverside Rd., Jamestown, NY. Registration is required by Feb. 20, and a fee of $10 will be charged to cover a light meal.
