JAMESTOWN, NY — Donna Germain of Bemus Point, N.Y., has joined Citizens Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Her office is in Jamestown.
Germain originates a wide range of mortgage loan programs, including both conventional and government loans. She specializes in financing for first-time home buyers and in construction loans.
She has been in the mortgage business for 16 years. She was formerly a loan officer with JPMorgan Chase.
“Citizens Bank is committed to the mortgage business and, specifically, to growing our home financing operation in the New York market and throughout our retail banking geography,” said Ellen Steinfeld, Senior Vice President in the bank’s Home Lending Solutions division.
