Ellington
Ellington is a town in eastern Chautauqua County with the Town of Cherry Creek to the north and Poland to the south. Cattaraugus County lies to the east. The first settler arrived around 1814, with Ellington being formed 10 years later from the Town of Gerry. The hamlet of Ellington in the town's center at the junction of County Roads 50 and 66 and US Route 62.
